The Story In a Nutshell:

Paris Hilton has been jailed for 45 days (starting June 5th, 2007) after being found guilty by an LA Judge for violating her probation for a drink-driving conviction.

According to papers filed in Los Angeles’ Superior Court, Ms Hilton was stopped by California Highway Patrol officers on 15 January and informed she was driving on a suspended license. The 26-year-old then reportedly signed a document acknowledging she was not allowed to drive.

How the hell could she try and use the excuse that she “did not know her license had been suspended”????

She was also accused of failing to enroll in an alcohol education program by a court-ordered deadline.

Despite prosecutors saying the heiress deserved a jail sentence prior to Friday’s hearing, Paris Hilton arrived at the court at least 10 minutes late. LATE? YOU DESERVE 45 DAYS in JAIL for NOT TAKING YOUR COURT APPEARANCE SERIOUSLY…. NOW THAT IS JUST FURTHER IGNORANCE! Tough Love this is my KINDA JUDGE!

“To sentence Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail to me was uncalled for, inappropriate and bordered on the ludicrous. I think she was singled out because she’s who she is,” Howard Weitzman said.

OOOH, so its CERTAINLY OK to let these type of situations with these types of rich/famous/whatever people go with a slap on a wrist like so many other celebrities get when getting nailed for DUI’s. SMARTEN THE F UP and GET REAL HERE. YOU F’d UP, NOW DEAL WITH YOUR STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE FOR THE LAW.

Maybe Paris should have jumped ship into a Russian BMW and headed for the BORDER? (sorry had to take the cheap shot)

On another NOTE, I hope this doesn’t mean she wont be in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) for the start of the BULLRUN, because I have booked a flight there next Saturday May 12th, in order to snap a couple off (photo’s of her in her Spyker C8).
