This is what happens when one of the world’s most prestigious fashion designers gets its hands on a Bugatti Veyron.
Meet the Hermes-designed Bugatti Veyron - unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show.
The French design house is now better known for creating top-end handbags and scarves but its work on the Bugatti Veyron is the latest collaboration from a partnership stretching back to the 1920s.
It features a maroon coloured exterior with beige bonnet, matched with the interior and comes with 22-inch special edition wheels and Hermes fuel-filler cap.
All the car’s headline figures: 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 253mph remain intact.
The engine which helped power the Bugatti Veyron to a period as the world’s fastest production car, until that crown was taken by the 257mph SSC Ultimate Aero TT, remains untouched and will produce 1,001bhp.
The Bugatti Veyron was first introduced to the world at the 1999 Tokyo Motor Show as the EB 18/3 Veyron concept car and was designed by Volkswagen’s Hartmut Warkuss.
The car has faced a series of bizarre challenges including a race pitting Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo Vs Bugatti Veyron.
It has also earned its share of headlines since being launched in the UK.

The Hermes Bugatti Veyron limited edition follows last year’s Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang version, a paintless, 100kg lighter model.
