As for the needing younger people to choose cars if u did some research you would know that their are younger people behind the scenes who work on the film. And the cars u see, aren't just made for the film, most of them are hand chosen from the streets to be part of the film (cars in the background mainly) If you would have paid attention in Tokyo Drift you would have noticed Keiichi Tsuchiya, not a young person, but a well respected drift king (so i guess he had some part in choosing cars).
