California Bans Driving & Talking on Cell Phones

On July 1, 2008 California will be the 5th state to pass a law that bans the use of any hand-held mobile device while driving your car or face a $50 fine the first time they’re caught using a cell phone while behind the wheel. That’s right, one more law for your to secretly brake while driving.
But what’s a ban for drivers is a boom for Bluetooth technology providers like Parrot who offer hands-free car kits.
