1967 Shelby Mustang ELEANOR Movie Car (EBAY)

The ORIGINAL ELEANOR!!. This is one of the actual movie cars. There were 11 total production cars, of those , 8 were shells and 3 were actual running and driving cars. The 1967 Mustang GT500 stole the show in “Gone in Sixty Seconds,” the 2000 action hit starring Nicolas Cage.

The popular pony car is actually one of 11 built for the movie. Of those, two were destroyed in the climactic bridge jump and junkyard crusher scenes. Because certain cars were needed to do different maneuvers in the film, no two Eleanors were alike.

Hi, I'm
Gorgeous. I’m surprised it’s only at $80K. I regularly see these going for $120K+, and those aren’t the movie cars.
If this is a movie car, does that mean it likely has just a basic V8 motor. Not like they need a mega-hp custom built motor for a movie car.
this guy is a joke ,,thats not the movie car,,,
the real elanor is 5 speed manual,,,this car is automatic,,and thats just for starters,,,the front lights are not the same ,,,elanor has purple driving lights,,not white,,,there are lots of things not the same,,,what a joke,,,elanor sells for 250,000$ not 45 to 80,000$,,,,big fraud,,,,,,
ok. real eleanors don’t sell for $250,000. Real original GT 500’s sell for $250,000. Eleanor isn’t real. They coined the name from the movie. Anyone can make an eleanor. All you need is a 67 or 68 fastback body 3-5K. and then put about $50,000 in parts into it and the eleanor body kit (which is not what an orginal gt 500 has) and there you go. Only one of the 11 in the movie were actually gt500’s the rest were replica fastbacks. In my opinion its a sick deal, you get a bad ass looking car for $50,000. the replica is most likely more powerful that the gt500 and most likely has a better suspension. everything in a $250,000 gt500 is most likely orginal and doesn’t look as cool in my opinion as the eleanor body kit but whatever you like is up to you. i prefer to pay $200,000 less.
first of all you idiot. if you read anything all the cars were automatic because its easier to do stunts and drive then a manual, since they never drove at the speeds shown.
The Eleanor lights are not “purple” but instead they were “blue”. Any idoit with enough money can “buy” or “make” an Eleanor Mustang. Theres nothing special about it beside the way it “looks”. Eleanor is a $80,000 dollars TOPS!!!! Its not a “real” Shelby and its not a “real” GT500. Its a “rip” if you are going to spend more than 100K on a Eleanor when you can get it at 50 to 80K.
No deal!
People are smarter than that!

This is my dream car (real or not). I can’t afford one but I can dream.
If you can afford at least 50K, then yes you can own a Eleanor Mustang. Don’t let these people tell you otherwise.
Nice car. I have one rebuilt by unique performance for sale for $100k.
