Just 3 days ago we posted Audi R8 Spider Convertible Concept Photos and today the web is blessed with the first Audi R8 Spider Convertible SPY Photos to hit the web.

The most noticeable change for the new Audi R8 Spider (besides the lack of a solid roof) are the missing signature side blades, which come in an assortment of colors.

Spy reports speculate that we should expect the same powerplants for the Spider as for the standard R8, including the upcoming 5.0-liter V-10 version.
