The Carbon Motors Corporation just unveiled the Carbon ‘E7′ today. They have built the world’s first law enforcement vehicle. The concept of the E7 was to engineer a law enforcement vehicle from the ground up versus retrofitting a standard passenger production vehicle for enforcement purposes.
