While most of the debuts at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show, there were a few cars that managed to stay secret until their planned unveilings. In fact, the Bentley EXP 10 Speed 6 concept car was unknown to anyone outside of Bentley until they unveiled it. I will give you a moment to pick your jaw up off the floor.

Finished in a beautiful, deep shade of classic British Racing Green, the EXP 10 Speed 6 is a design concept that is meant to gauge the public’s reaction to a more modern interpretation of Bentley’s design ethos. It has to be said that Bentley has made quite a handsome car. The classic long hood, short deck proportion is accentuated with wide, flared rear haunches that assert its sporty intentions in the most elegant of fashions. The familiar quad round headlights follow the contour along the front of the car and add a modern touch to a classic design. If you look closely, Bentley even incorporated the number 6 into the grille of the EXP 10 Speed 6. If it ever does go into production, the vehicle will be meant to be a smaller, sportier car than the Bentley Continental GT. The car as a whole looks a lot leaner and driver-centric than any other Bentley we have seen in the recent past. No word on what lies under the hood but usually the number after the word “Speed” in Bentley terms is the number of cylinders in the engine. The Volkswagen Group has a couple of different 6 cylinder engines that Bentley could pick from, or perhaps the engine will be a bespoke production.

The interior of Bentley’s new concept is no less stunning than the exterior. The interior craftsmen have seamlessly blended a modern design with classic luxury materials. The tan leather that is quilted into the doors and seats is nicely contrasted with the bright aluminum accented steering wheel and transmission selector. The tablet-like center console has a nice curve to the glass that gives the interior a unique touch.
