Aston Martin showed a different side this year, debuting a mint green Vulcan at the Geneva Motor Show 2015, and now it has flown over to The Big Apple to become a show stopper at the New York 2015 Auto Show.

25 daring supercar enthusiasts will get the opportunity to experience this marvel first hand. With a lighter, stiffer frame, FIA-Approved roll cage, paired with a pushrod system and adjustable sway bars; it is no secret that the Vulcan is designed solely to crush the track.

Unfortunately don’t get too excited to see the Vulcan very much this year; the luxury racer doesn’t comply with any conventional racing regulations. We won’t be seeing this beast line up against any cars besides other Vulcan’s. The British marquee will offer Vulcan owners access to simulators and exclusive track days, allowing them to perfect their skills prior to getting in the driver seat of the actual.

This 7.0L V12 pushes over 800hp sent to the rear wheels, courtesy of Xtrac six-speed sequential transmission. Stopping power is provided by a set of carbon ceramic disc brakes with Brembo calipers. With its bhp power plant developed with Aston Martin Racing, this mid-engined, rearwheel drive sports car draws extensively on the brand’s rich GT motorsport experience.

This car encompasses Aston Martin’s values of Power, Beauty, and Soul. The V12 powerhouse is a unique addition to the Aston Martin family, and we’re looking forward to seeing it in the hands of its 25 lucky owners.
