This year at the Monterey Car Week show, the US spotted its first road legal Koenigsegg Agera RS taken in the form of the very orange Agera XS. Even though that model may have amazed the many that have spotted the beast in person, they are still missing out on one that looks even better and that is Europe’s first Agera RS. Europe’s Agera RS, given the name “Naraya” will be unveiled in the coming weeks at the Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance in England.

Realistically the Naraya is almost as similar as the Agera XS, but certain details of the vehicle has been customized to meet the owner’s request. The Agera RS has a body that has been finished with a blue tinted carbon fiber which was a very first for Koenigsegg. In addition, to the blue carbon fiber finish, the Naraya also possess an excessive amount of gold leaf on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

Koenigsegg has put in a lot of work into Europe’s first Agera RS as the gold leaf was applied on the vehicle by hand at the automaker factory located in Sweden. Ettore ‘Blaster’ Callegaro is the one responsible for being the craftsman of applying the gold leaf by hand. Callegaro put in long hours each day, six days a week to apply the gold leaf by hand using only just a small tool to the glued surface. To prevent scratching from ever happening on this masterpiece, Callegaro finished up his job by adding multiple clear coats.

Furthermore, after all of the gold and blue that could be spotted on the exterior of the vehicle, many would believe that this would be the end of it. However, that’s where we are wrong as Koenigsegg took the next step by putting in even more work into their interior by adding blue Alcantara with gold piping and stitching. In addition, they added the finishing touches of having a Naraya nameplate installed in the vehicle which was made from 18-carat gold, along with 155 diamonds.

Aside from all the flashy stuff on the interior and exterior of the vehicle, we shouldn’t take our attention away from the specs of this beast, as they are just as fascinating. The Agera RS still possess a 5.0 liter twin turbo V8 that generates 1,160 horsepower along with a 944 pound feet of torque. Nevertheless, it will be an amazing time at Salon Privé Concours d’Elégance when this magnificent beast is finally unveiled.
