Earlier this week we witnessed the drowning of a Bugatti Veyron Lake Crash, and Friday November 13th it was revealed that the owner and driver was Andy House. Andy House (Performance Auto Sales which sells repaired exotic cars) also owns the Eddie Griffin Crashed Ferrari Enzo (now repaired).

Checkout the video below caught (or staged) by two dudes listening to Sublime’s “Wrong Way” thinking that they were witnessing a Lamborghini crashing into the lake!

According to previous reports, Andy House purchased the Bugatti Veyron for $1.25 million , from a Jonesboro, Ark., dealer last month. According to House he’s one of the largest salvage auto dealers in the world.

His Bugatti Veyron was insured through Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance, according to the La Marque Police report. An insurance sales agent said that it would cost around $8,000 yearly to insure a 2006 Bugatti Veyron. NOW THATS A DEAL!!

The National Automobile Dealers Association set average retail value for a 2006 Bugatti Veyron at $900,000.

Yesterday, November 11, 2009 at 3pm a man yet to be identified drove his $2 million dollar Bugatti Veyron into a saltwater lagoon (Galveston County, Texas) when apparently a low-flying pelican distracted him as he traveled north on Interstate 45 just south of the hurricane levee near Omega Bay.

The offending pelican still cannot be reached for comments at this time.

I remember when I got into my first accident at 16, as we don’t have pelicans up north in Canada, so I had to use the excuse that a big black bear made me swerve into the ditch wrecking my parents car.. wildlife excuses are marvelous

The YouTube video creator, exoticcar2009, claims:
“I recorded this 5 miles away from my house in Galveston County, Texas. We have a very rich neighborhood right next to the beach. I was stunned! Third or fourth Veyron Crashed A distracted owner of a Bugatti Veyron, one of the world’s fastest production cars, accidently drove Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, into a lake in Galveston, Texas. The driver was uninjured, but the car, which can sell for around $2 million, was partially submerged in three feet of water.”

Yesterday Thursday October 14, 2009 these photos came into MadWhips.com from a quick eye mobile phone camera which show the very first Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport in Toronto, Canada.

This exact Silver Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport 10-143 was at Pebble Beach during Monterey car week during August 2009. While in Pebble beach I was able to photograph White Bugatti Veyron Grandsport 10-144.

Bugatti unveils the ultimate 4 door ever – The Galibier. Moving on from supercars to four door super sedans, we had the Porsche Panamera and then the Aston Martin Rapide and finally Bugatti is here to remind these two who the boss really is. What you see here is called the Galibier. You can recall that rumors and speculations suggested that it would be called the Bugatti Royale or Bugatti Bordeaux. This is Bugatti’s take on the ultra luxury four door supercar segment and features twin supercharged Veyron engine with 800bhp, nearly unheard of in a 4 door car so far!

Now, before you get too excited on seeing this, the car you see here is not the next Bugatti. This is is just one of many models Bugatti will display in the future to decide on which one to build once the Veyron goes out of production in 2011. The power though, rests from the feedback that Bugatti gets and it needs a lot to convince VW to permit them make this car. It is expected to be revealed at the ongoing Frankfurt Motor show.

Named after one of the most demanding stretches of Alpine roadway along the Tour de France. The same nomenclature was also used for a version of the Bugatti type-57C built between 1937 and 1940. The Galibier concept was just unveiled at the Company’s 100 year celebration in Molsheim, France. Bugatti say it was designed to be “the most exclusive, elegant and powerful four door automobile in the world”. Looking at the car, they certainly have achieved all their goals. There is certainly no car that comes close and again let me remind you that this is just one of the models Bugatti is looking at to move forward.

Bugatti has reinvented itself as the most exclusive automobile maker with the Veyron and now they are going one step forward with the world’s ultimate four door car. The new Galibier is brimming with high level technology. The gorgeous two-tone outer shell is not just for beauty, the dark blue colour is actually handmade carbon fibre while the rest of the body parts are made of polished aluminium that has a ‘look at me’ kind of gloss. Also eye grabbing is the brilliant shimmer that the carbon fibre body shows off when lights hit it. This is hardly surprising afterall Bugatti are one of the first manufacturers to use aluminium for engine blocks, body and wheels.

While the trend now is using classis lines, the Galibier too takes hints from tthe Type 35 that featured a torpedo like body style. It also sports a prominent center spine, clam-shell design from the Type 57. The company’s trademark radiator grill and big LED headlights, very similar to the Veyron, give away the Galibier as Bugatti.

The polished aluminium hood hides the brilliant (and ferociously powerful) 16-cylinder, 8-liter W-config engine and while the Veyron sports 4 turbochargers, the Galibeier’s engine gets two stage supercharging capable of running on ethanol. This engine differs from the Veyron because this is front mounted and has the ability to run in flexi-fueling mode. The Galibier does have a 4 wheel drive system to put all that power down to reach a top speed of 217mph. Stopping power is provided by specially developed carbon ceramic brakes and a new suspension system that is capable of handling such power and size.

Luxury and Bugatti are inseparable and the galibier is no different. It has toned down Veryron interiors as it is understood that this is a 4 door afterall and like the Veyron, it features a powerdial.There is also a removable Parmigiani Reverso Tourbillion clock that can actually be used as a wrist watch when you are not driving.

It is expected to cost a figure almost unheard of for such a car – US$ 1,480,000! You can start saving if VW gives the green light for this model or just wait for the next!

Here is the 2nd Bugatti Bordeaux Teaser Pic to be revealed. As you can see this 4 door sedan will have a beautiful arrangement of 8 tailpipes! Rumors suggest it will house the same 8.0-liter W16 pumping out 1001 hp and 920 ft-lbs of torque as the Bugatti Veyron giving it the fastest 4 door on earth title.

That quad-turbo engine will presumably be equipped with the same 1,001 HP and 920 Lb-Ft of torque rating, easily making this the fastest four-door ever.

New rumors circulating over the past couple days now strongly suggest that the new Bugatti Sedan which will should be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show will be called the Bugatti Bordeaux. Here are some more concept photos which do not represent past rumours of a 4 door sedan, nor does do the tail lights look like the Bugatti Bordeaux Teaser Picture released at a private Bugatti launch party.

The Bugatti Bordeaux is expected to house the 8L W16 quad turbo engine found on the Bugatti Veyron. That monster engine produces 1001 hp, and 1250 Nm of torque, which would put the Bordeaux on the exotic map as the fastest 4 seater sedan on the planet. It will be interesting to see the final product and how it matches up (at all) to these recent concept photos.

Thanks to our friends at Autoblog.nl who have released the first photos of the new Bugatti Veyron Bleu Centenaire (Blue Centennial) from the Geneva Internation Motor Show. This limited edition Bugatti Veyron sports a two tone matte and gloss Blue paint job, some new LED headlights borrowed from the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport, aluminum inlets, chrome mirrors and some brushed aluminium and some new forged alloy wheels.

As expected the interior is draped in snow beige leather and has a nice plaque showing the first Bugatti which was created 100 years ago! The only difference to the engine is that it’s painted in 2 different colors.

If the beautiful and recent Mansory Bugatti Veyron Vincero wasn’t enough to make you drool, then checkout this Blue Special Edition Bugatti Veyron spotted at the Mall of Emirates in Dubai.

This beautiful blue variant is modified by Bugatti and includes new chrome mirrors, Bugatti Veyron Hermes Edition wheels, some new grill work, carbon fiber side skirt and some other slight chrome piping accents and Ettore Bugatti printed on the lower right hand corner of each door.

While it is not uncommon to see at least one Bugatti Veyron at the Mall of Emirates on a daily basis, it is also not uncommon to see a Bugatti Veyron modified in limited quantity by a specialty tuner such as Mansory.

The Mansory Bugatti Veyron Vincero is covered in beautiful glossy carbon fiber from ass to mouth and is loaded with chrome accents which run from the front fenders through to the door panels. Vincero means win win in Italian. I absolutely love the subtle chrome bar that runs across the front grill in the shape of a V as seen below.

The inside gets a typically Mansory two-tone black and white upgrade and only 3 have been made. I absolutely love it’s overall look, however the inside is a little too white which doesn’t suit the dark and aggressive gangster look. However I guess white seats in the hot Dubai sun would pickup less heat.

According to Lawrence over at our friends GTspirit.com, a 2nd Bugatti Veyron crash has just occured in the UK.

The crashed Bugatti Veyron appears to have created a lovely large swath in a potential wheat field clearing some room for another field of dreams movie.

By the looks these photos and the Bugatti Veyron’s resting spot the car spun out and flew in reverse into the field. I am not a supercar mechanic (yet) however by the looks of the damage and the path the car took, I would imagine it can be repaired for a lovely cost.

Earlier this March 2008, Hermes; one of the world’s most prestigious fashion designers created the the Bugatti Veyron Hermes Edition which offered their own modified styling package unveiled at the 2008 Geneva Motor Show.

Apparently their introductory limited edition was a success because they have now offered yet another styling package unveiled at this years 2008 Pebble Beach Concours after the unveiling of the highly anticipated Bugatti Veyron Convertible also known as the Grand Sport 16.4.
