Remember the infamous Police Questioning Enzo Ferrari owner over 339km/h video stunt? Well looks like Zahir Rana (owner of the pre-owned exotic dealership ZR Auto) has jumped on the viral bandwagon trying to trump Andy House who crashed his Bugatti Veyron into a lake and blamed it on a pelican

ZR Auto takes the gold medal by splashing down into the Atlantic Ocean!!

This EDO Competition Enzo Ferrari came to Targa Newfoundland 2011 with 4 other supercars! This car is owned by ZR auto exotics Zahir Rana and was tuned to be a street legal Ferrari FXX. The car was tuned in Germany making 850hp and a 0-60 time of 2.8 seconds!

Tom Brady Car Crash Photo & Video

This morning (Thursday September 9, 2010) New England Patriots QB Tom Brady was involved a non serious car crash this morning in Boston while driving his Audi S8.

Boston Fire Department spokesman Steve MacDonald said a sedan and a passenger van collided at 6:34 a.m. at Commonwealth Avenue and Gloucester Street.

The driver of the sedan was seen walking around after the crash. Another man was stuck in the back of his minivan and had to be removed with the Jaws of Life, then transported to an area hospital, MacDonald said.

Boston police are currently investigating.

VRAlexander Dead: Spectre 341 Challenge Accident

RIP “Alexander Djordjevic. Famously known online as ‘VRAlexander’, Alex was a true motorsport enthousiast and a rockstar entrepreneur.

VRAlexander had a tragic accident at the 1st Annual Spectre 341 Challenge hill climb road race event this past weekend (June 26, 2010) in his Porsche 996TT. Very few facts are available at this time, however speculation and rumors suggest there might have been an engine fire failure coupled with a accident involving the non guardrail cliff.

VIRGINA CITY, Nev. — A Las Vegas race car driver was killed when his Porsche slid off a curvy, mountain highway that had been closed to traffic for a sanctioned against-the-clock race.

Alexander Djordjevic, 37, died Saturday afternoon while competing in the Speed by Spectre 341 Challenge near the historic mining town of Virginia City, Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Chuck Allen said Monday.

Djordjevic was wearing a seat belt and helmet. But Allen said his silver 2001 Porsche 911 Turbo was traveling at an “extremely high rate of speed” before it rolled down the embankment off state Highway 341, known as Geiger Grade, which connects Reno to Virginia City, around 4:50 p.m.

The sponsor, Spectre Performance, billed the race as pitting “the world’s fastest street cars against the clock in a full throttle blast up a mountain road.”

Djordjevic told KTVN-TV of Reno before the race that it was a “challenge to yourself and your street car to do well.”

The 5.2-mile stretch of highway was closed during the race, Allen said. The company secured the necessary state permit along with approval from Lyon and Storey counties, he said.

Spectre Performance announces hill climb road race challenge where the fastest street cars on earth will race up infamous Nevada Highway 341

Where: Nevada Highway 341, South of Virginia City, NV

Ontario, Calif. (Feb. 5, 2010) – Spectre Performance is proud to announce the return of road racing competition to one of the most infamous and challenging mountain roads in America – Nevada Highway 341 – for The 1st annual Speed by Spectre 341 Challenge. The race, scheduled for June 25-26, 2010, will pit the world’s fastest street cars against the clock in a full-throttle blast up a mountain road, which will be closed to the public for the event. The challenge will include Pro-Touring Street Machines, European Exotics, and Highly-Tuned Imports competing for a chance to be crowned King of the Hill.

The Speed by Spectre 341 Challenge is a rare opportunity to drive flat-out on some of the most aggressive and challenging mountain roads in the country, without the worry of oncoming traffic or law enforcement. The course is 5.2 miles long with 22+ turns, a 1,216-foot rise in elevation, steep drop offs and no guardrails! Vehicles must be street-legal and registered. Tires must be DOT legal with at least 3/32? tread depth and a minimum 100 tread wear rating. Qualifying is scheduled for Friday, June 25th. Racing is set for Saturday the 26th.

The original Virginia City Hill Climb was founded in 1972 and ran through 2002. Rosenbaum holds the all time record for the event, running the course in three minutes, ten seconds in a modified Ferrari F40. Rampage Audi R8 Crash

Former UFC Champion Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson was recently rear ended by a women while driving home from California’s Orange County Audi dealership in a brand new V10 Audi R8. Looks like his new V10 is sporting the same wheels (but with a black lip) that his last black R8 had when it was at HIN LA in 2008 – Rampage R8.

Rampage said, “I am fine, the little old lady is fine, but my car got hurt, and for that I’m sad.”

This is the first time in a couple years that Rampage has been in a vehicular incident where he wasn’t being chased by cops or in a wham bam freeway slam fest in his monster truck!

His new V10 powered Audi R8 shares the same 5.2L engine as the Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 but has been de-tuned to deliver 518hp and 391ft-lbs of torque. (vs the LP560-4 which produces 552hp and 398ft-lbs of torque).

An Italian Police (Polizia) Lamborghini Gallardo was destroyed in an accident after being driven back from a special show for students near the city of Cremona.

The Gallardo violently smashed into some parked cars after swerving to avoid another vehicle which had just pulled out of a gas station. 2 Police officers sustained minor injuries and no one else was hurt in the crash.

Thank god Lamborghini donated 2 of these Police Gallardo’s to help the Italian Polizia keep up with speeding supercar owners.

Andy House Bugatti Lake Crash – VIDEO UPDATE

Earlier this week we witnessed the drowning of a Bugatti Veyron Lake Crash, and Friday November 13th it was revealed that the owner and driver was Andy House. Andy House (Performance Auto Sales which sells repaired exotic cars) also owns the Eddie Griffin Crashed Ferrari Enzo (now repaired).

Checkout the video below caught (or staged) by two dudes listening to Sublime’s “Wrong Way” thinking that they were witnessing a Lamborghini crashing into the lake!

According to previous reports, Andy House purchased the Bugatti Veyron for $1.25 million , from a Jonesboro, Ark., dealer last month. According to House he’s one of the largest salvage auto dealers in the world.

His Bugatti Veyron was insured through Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance, according to the La Marque Police report. An insurance sales agent said that it would cost around $8,000 yearly to insure a 2006 Bugatti Veyron. NOW THATS A DEAL!!

The National Automobile Dealers Association set average retail value for a 2006 Bugatti Veyron at $900,000.

Bugatti Veyron Lake Crash Video & Pictures

Yesterday, November 11, 2009 at 3pm a man yet to be identified drove his $2 million dollar Bugatti Veyron into a saltwater lagoon (Galveston County, Texas) when apparently a low-flying pelican distracted him as he traveled north on Interstate 45 just south of the hurricane levee near Omega Bay.

The offending pelican still cannot be reached for comments at this time.

I remember when I got into my first accident at 16, as we don’t have pelicans up north in Canada, so I had to use the excuse that a big black bear made me swerve into the ditch wrecking my parents car.. wildlife excuses are marvelous

The YouTube video creator, exoticcar2009, claims:
“I recorded this 5 miles away from my house in Galveston County, Texas. We have a very rich neighborhood right next to the beach. I was stunned! Third or fourth Veyron Crashed A distracted owner of a Bugatti Veyron, one of the world’s fastest production cars, accidently drove Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, into a lake in Galveston, Texas. The driver was uninjured, but the car, which can sell for around $2 million, was partially submerged in three feet of water.”

Koenigsegg CCX New York Crash Photo

It appears that the Koenigsegg CCX that I photographed at this years SuperCar Weekend 2009 was recently involved in a crash in New York.

The front end (and possibly the frame) of this 2008 Koenigsegg CCX, was extremely damaged when a dealer decided to take his customers car out for a test spin (ha, no pun intended). Maybe his secretary was giving him a ****job which might have caused him to swerved and crash into a guardrail and somehow damaged a 2009 Porsche GT2… or maybe he was just racing.

Ferrari F430 Burning Fire Video

With last weeks recent sad news that a Silver McLaren F1 Catches Fire and was seriously damaged due to a fire that started while it was being driven. Here is a Ferrari F430 Spider which was involved in an accident, flew into the field/ditch and exploded into flames! The young driver apparently was speeding on a Romanian highway and lost control smoking 2 oncoming vehicles. Luckily, all 7 people involved in this car crash only suffered minor injuries.

$2 Million McLaren F1 Catches Fire

A $2 million dollar (1 of 100 made) silver McLaren F1 was ruined after it caught fire from the engine. The owner ‘Irv Kessler, 53 of Minnesota declined to discuss the incident.

“It hadn’t been driven in six months,” said John Lantz, Rincon Valley assistant fire chief. “They took it out yesterday and today and started having some kind of problem with it,” Lantz said he was told by Kessler.

As Kessler drove on Airport Boulevard, someone noticed smoke coming from the back and alerted him. The engine then caught fire and flames burned the back of the car, Lantz said.

Rincon Valley firefighters found the car still burning and quickly doused it before it spread to the passenger compartment.

At least it looks like it’s only the rear end of the car that needs replacing, which probably accounts for $1.5 of the $2 million price tag

Widowmaker Porsche Turbo Snap Oversteer Crash

This Porsche driver lost control on a long and gradual on ramp in Calgary Alberta taking down a lamp post and plunging straight into a ditch. Thankfully, the driver walked away unhurt. The driver had a miraculous escape after the lamp post struck the car just behind the driver door.

Porsche 911 Turbo 998 Cabriolet Crashed

A senior Porsche test driver was killed when Porsche 911 Turbo 998 Cabrio prototype that he was driving crashed on an unrestricted part of the German Autobahn midway between Frankfurt and Heidelberg. The prototype convertible was completely crushed.

Porsche say that the accident was not as a result of a high speed testing, but rather the Endurance testing that the car was undergoing where three different drivers pilot the car around-the-clock. The company did confirm that the vehicle was a next-generation 911 Cabriolet, known as the 991.

Fabio Ferrari 599 Crash

Italian model/ape Fabio was driving red Ferrari 599 on Mulholland Drive in California, which is owned by World Class Driving when he went into a turn with too much speed and lost control of the car. (I bet the clown was texting while driving..) A World Class Driving rep said “We are not very proud of the fact that Fabio wrecked our car.”

Unlike the recent TAPOUT Charles Mask Lewis Ferrari CRASH, Fabio walked away unharmed with some nice damage to the front, side and rear passenger side of the Ferrari.

Could have been worse, Fabio could have wrecked his Black Lamborghini Gallardo because it’s always better to wreck someone elses supercar than your own.
