Earlier this week we witnessed the drowning of a Bugatti Veyron Lake Crash, and Friday November 13th it was revealed that the owner and driver was Andy House. Andy House (Performance Auto Sales which sells repaired exotic cars) also owns the Eddie Griffin Crashed Ferrari Enzo (now repaired).

Checkout the video below caught (or staged) by two dudes listening to Sublime’s “Wrong Way” thinking that they were witnessing a Lamborghini crashing into the lake!

Less than a year ago we witnessed the uber talented action sports / X Games / DC Shoes founder super hero Ken Block jump his WRX STi Video rally car 171 feet and a max height of 25 feet for the Discovery Channel show Stunt Junkies. Prior to this monster jump we also saw his Ken Block Gymkhana Practice Video which was done in his 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STi prepared by Crawford Performance which pushes 530 whp! Yesterday, November 11, 2009 at 3pm a man yet to be identified drove his $2 million dollar Bugatti Veyron into a saltwater lagoon (Galveston County, Texas) when apparently a low-flying pelican distracted him as he traveled north on Interstate 45 just south of the hurricane levee near Omega Bay.

The offending pelican still cannot be reached for comments at this time.

I remember when I got into my first accident at 16, as we don’t have pelicans up north in Canada, so I had to use the excuse that a big black bear made me swerve into the ditch wrecking my parents car.. wildlife excuses are marvelous

Aston Martin recently released this footage of the Aston Martin Rapide as it was tested at different locations through its development stages. The video features the Aston Martin Rapide undergoing high speed running and wet grip tests at the Mira Automotive Test Facility Warwickshire, UK, durability testing at the famous Nurburgring in Germany and powertrain development in the beautiful mountains of Stelvio Italy.

Last week (Oct 7, 2009) in Vancouver, BC at a VanCity Bank, a Nissan GT-R crashed up the stairs and into the outside ATM machines almost killing 2 pedestrians! According to eye witness reports, an Asian male fled the scene after the disastrous crash. Check out the photos and video below.

Lamborghini was not going to be left out in the cold with the recent Ferrari 458 Italia unveiling in Frankfurt 2009 so they whipped up their own Lamborhini Reventon Roadster and a movie to go along with it’s debut. Toronto’s skyline even makes an appearance in the movie at the 1:14-1:16 mark!

Vinay and I actually bumped into Adam (photo below) at the Portola Hotel & Spa where the RM Auction was held (and heard him on the outdoor Russo & Steele Auto auction loudspeaker after he bought a 1967 Ferrari for over $300k). We even shared an elevator ride to our floor with DuPont Registry founder Thomas L. duPont.
